Lauren's rules for happiness




  • Eat cupcakes or ice cream every day. Preferably both.
  •  Eat dessert first.
  • Don’t weigh yourself.
  •  Don’t be afraid to make a fool of yourself.


  • Go to the movies as often as possible.
  • Surround yourself with good friends.


  • Get and give back rubs as often as possible.
  • Collect hugs and kisses.


  • Call an old friend.
  •  Call your parents.
  • Don’t be afraid to leave your comfort zone every once in a while.


  • Pet your pets.
